Motion: Students under 17 years old mus not ride motorcycles

People who rides motorcycles must have motorcycle licence, and people can have their licence after they are 17 or above. Hence, students under 17 won't be having the licences. And there are many reason that caused it.

1. First of all, students with age range below 17 are not emotionally stable. They tend to be emotional as they still growing up and having to deal with lots of change in their life. It becomes dangerous if they ride motorcycle in a situation where they're angry because of some problems.  When they're not emotionally stable, they could have caused accident that could lead people to death.

2. People who don't have licence is is not legally valid. It could also mean that they aren't expert both physically and mentally.

3. Cause they're under 17, and already broke the rules by driving under 17, it won't be impossible for them to violate another rules in road, such as wearing safety device.

5. It will increase the chance of them becoming victim of robbery. This happen because they are considered to be more easily conquered because the defense is less dan maximum and they not physically stronger and bigger than adult.

6. We can not justify the act of violating riding motorcycle for students under 17 just because their home is far from home. They surely can take public transport if their parents cant take them to school.
